Returns & Exchanges

At SGF Direct, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Return

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error on our part. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include non-refundable items such as gift cards, digital downloads, and personalized/customized items. 

Exchange

We also offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a store credit for the value of the item. You can then use this store credit to purchase the item you’d like to exchange for. Please note that you’re responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us for both returns and exchanges. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement item as soon as possible. 

Refund Status

What to do if you haven’t received your refund
 
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again to confirm. In some cases, refunds may take a few business days to appear on your account. If the refund has not appeared on your account after a reasonable amount of time, please contact your credit card company to check if there are any pending transactions or if they can assist you in resolving the issue. Additionally, please contact your bank to check if there are any issues on their end that could be causing the delay in refund processing. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We will investigate the matter and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
 

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Non-refundable items

Some items may be non-refundable, such as personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items that have been used or opened. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return and exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you originally payed for shipping.
