Throughout the order process, you will receive email updates to keep you informed of your order’s status. In case you do not receive these, please check your spam folder.
For the delivery of your parcel, we use a recorded delivery service provided by all the couriers we work with, and tracking information will be available. Please note that some deliveries may require a signature, so ensure someone is available at the address to sign for the package. If you prefer, our delivery drivers can leave your parcel with a neighbour if you instruct us to do so. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this as it’s at the individual driver’s discretion.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a calling card, and the parcel will either be re-attempted or available for collection at your local courier office. It’s important to note that our delivery charges are calculated based on cost. We have negotiated the lowest possible pricing with couriers based on the high volume of orders we ship.

During the Christmas season, please be aware that we may experience some delays due to a high volume of orders.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
The UK Standard Delivery service of 3-5 business days applies to England, Scotland (excluding Highlands* and Islands) and Wales. However, please note that some products may be delivered from the UK. Please check the item listing for exact delivery information for that item.
Also, due to the restrictions associated with the nature of our goods, some orders with delivery postcodes within Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands*, Jersey, and Guernsey are not eligible for Standard UK Delivery Service. These orders carry a different delivery time and postage cost due to the need to use a different courier.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. International orders originating from China are shipped via China Post Airmail or ePacket and typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and other factors.
If for any reason you do not receive your order after 25 days, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your package. Please note that in some countries, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
